Cpl HR recruitment are supporting a large client with the hiring of a HRIS Manager to lead the implementation, optimisation, and governance of HR systems across a growing international organisation. This role reports to the Head of People and is key to driving digital HR transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Own and optimise HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors) across multiple regions.
2. Partner with HR, IT, and vendors to ensure system governance and compliance.
3. Redesign HR processes for automation and efficiency.
4. Manage data integrity, reporting, and analytics to enable data-driven decisions.
5. Deliver training and champion system adoption.
6. Lead HRIS projects including upgrades and integrations.
Requirements:
7. 5+ years in HRIS/HR Technology roles, ideally in multi-site environments.
8. Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (or similar).
9. Strong HR process knowledge and data/reporting expertise.
10. Proven project/change management skills.
11. Degree in HR, Business, or IT; CIPD membership a plus.
