Our client is seeking a strategic Human Resources professional to lead the HR department with a proactive approach. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of the Irish hospitality sector and an excellent understanding of operations across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all HR-related key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to drive business performance management
* Collaborate closely with senior leadership team members
* Provide coaching and guidance on complex, people-sensitive matters
* Develop and execute workforce plans, including recruitment and succession strategies, to meet current and future business needs
* Ensure effective employee relations management and resolution of issues in accordance with employment legislation, company policies, and best practices
* Offer accurate HR advice and support to management and staff on employment-related matters
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the HR department efficiently and effectively
Ideal Candidate:
* A degree or master's in HR or a related field, with a CIPD qualification being highly desirable
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a senior HR role or hotel operations management
* Excellent practical knowledge of Irish employment legislation, policies, and procedures aligned with recommended codes of practice
* Be approachable, personable, energetic, and possess the highest standard of integrity

* Attention to detail, commercial awareness, and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving

* Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience in the Irish hospitality industry is essential
