About The Role
The role of Bar Supervisor is a vital one, requiring close collaboration with the Food and Beverage Manager and other supervisors.
* Ensure the smooth operation of all bar activities in the absence of the manager
* Verify that weekly and daily checklists are completed by bar staff
* Ensure adherence to established systems and procedures by all members of the bar team as outlined in the standards manual
A strong ability to work efficiently and manage busy periods effectively, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills, are essential for success in this position.
