Our client, an established Irish Medical Business based in Little Island, is looking for an Office Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is critical. Previous experience in a medical or healthcare environment is required.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Patient administration and management support – scheduling patients and clinics.
2. Meet and greet all office visitors, making a positive impression as the first point of contact.
3. Customer-facing skills across phone and in-person are required.
4. Answering phones, screening, and redirecting calls as necessary.
5. Supporting managers with administrative tasks.
6. General office support, including filing and maintaining paperwork, correspondence, mail, and supply management.
7. Ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
8. 1-2 years' experience in a medical or healthcare-related background.
9. Proficient in IT – Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Patient Management Systems, Data Entry.
10. Excellent communication and organisational skills with attention to detail.
11. Positive attitude and takes ownership/initiative.
12. Ability to maintain a high level of client service delivery.
13. Excels in a fast-paced environment.
