, is looking for an
Office Administrator
to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is critical.
Previous experience in a medical or healthcare environment is required.

Key Responsibilities:
Patient administration and management support – scheduling patients and clinics.
Meet and greet all office visitors, making a positive impression as the first point of contact.
Customer-facing skills across phone and in-person are required.
Answering phones, screening, and redirecting calls as necessary.
Supporting managers with administrative tasks.
General office support including filing and maintaining paperwork, correspondence, mail, and supply management.
Ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
1-2 years' experience in a medical or healthcare-related background.
Proficient in IT – Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Patient Management Systems, Data Entry.
Excellent communication and organisational skills with attention to detail.
Positive attitude and takes ownership/initiative.
Ability to maintain a high level of client service delivery.
Excels in a fast-paced environment.
