In our expansion program of the Odeon group we require an experienced dynamic person to collaborate with our management team in the role of promotions & entertainment manager. This is a pivotal position in our business, where we need you to be immersed in the hospitality industry and connected to the community required to deliver results. Another part of the job we will require the successful candidate to take on in collaboration with management team, is to develop and promote the bars to a new and wider audience. This direction of travel needs to position all the bars as top unique destinations for memorable nights out in Dublin city centre. The final important element of the role will be having established the experiences in the bars, you will have to maintain the standards set for these late night activities from music, lighting, atmosphere to front of house support. On the main late nights it is essential you are on the ground available to assist in managing this side of the business with the local operators.
