We are seeking a skilled Regional Account Manager to join our team at Johnson Controls Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for securing fire detection and electronic security installation projects across a defined territory.

The Regional Account Manager will work closely with key contacts in the Education, healthcare, industrial, and large commercial sectors to identify opportunities, present technical information, and lead the sales cycle.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Previous success in account management, specification sales, or project sales in a technical sector.
* Experience of business-to-business technical solutions sales.
* Ability to function independently and work collaboratively as part of a team.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to use resources to ensure high levels of customer service.
* Ability to develop and expand relationships through an organisation.
* Full UK driving licence.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Cycle Management: Lead the sales cycle, building relationships with regional clients and identifying opportunities for fire detection and electronic security installation projects.
2. Client Relationship Development: Develop and strengthen relationships with key contacts in the Education, healthcare, industrial, and large commercial sectors.
3. Project Proposal Preparation: Present technical information to board level and prepare project proposals for submission.
4. Pipeline Growth and Conversion Improvement: Drive sales performance using Salesforce and collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets.
Requirements
* Account Management Experience: Proven success in account management, specification sales, or project sales in a technical sector.
* Technical Sales Experience: Experience of business-to-business technical solutions sales.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to use resources to ensure high levels of customer service.
* Relationship Building: Ability to develop and expand relationships through an organisation.
* Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence.
