This role oversees multiple projects in the Midlands region, focusing on public works such as school and hospital projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Management: Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from planning to execution.
* Contract Oversight: Negotiate and manage contract terms, risk assessment, and compliance.
* Budgeting & Cost Control: Monitor project budgets and implement cost-control measures to meet financial targets.
* Scheduling & Coordination: Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely progress.
* Quality Assurance: Enforce quality standards and ensure work compliance with specifications and industry best practices.
* Health & Safety Compliance: Promote a culture of safety across all sites and ensure health and safety policy compliance.
* Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project milestones and deliverables to clients and stakeholders.
* Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams to foster a collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field, with at least 6 years of experience in construction management in Ireland. Strong budgeting, financial management, and risk assessment skills are essential, along with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
