Job Title: Reliability Engineering Lead
As a Reliability Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic asset reliability plan that aligns with the organization's goals. You will lead, coach, and manage a team of Area leads and PPM maintenance technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and capabilities to engage with modern practices.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Work cross-functionally to develop and implement a strategic asset reliability plan
2. Lead, coach, and manage a team of Area leads and PPM maintenance technicians
3. Build skills capability across the Plant technical/engineering team to engage with latest modern practices
4. Provide leadership and interface with key stakeholders
5. Conduct regular equipment inspections and assessments
6. Analyze equipment failure data and lead breakdown analysis
7. Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Extensive experience of high-volume manufacturing
2. Extensive experience of Continuous Improvement
3. Data collection and analytic skills using Manufacturing intelligence systems
4. Excellent communication (verbal & written), coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based environment
5. Demonstrated abilities in Data Analytics, problem solving, and team building
6. Strong people management skills with the ability to drive change
Minimum Professional Requirements:
1. Engineering Degree (Mechanical/Electrical/Production/Manufacturing)
2. Skills: Continuous Improvement Reliability Engineering
