Job Title: Reliability Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Reliability Specialist to join our team in Dublin. As a key member of the GMP Reliability Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities.
Responsibilities:
* Work safely at all times, identifying risks and implementing mitigation actions as needed.
* Respond promptly to equipment failures or issues in a cross-functional environment.
* Record interventions, including failure codes, and provide guidance for preventative actions.
* Carry out planned maintenance routines, including predictive, preventative, and calibration activities.
* Complete Work Orders on time, ensuring safe, compliant practices and accurate asset data capture.
* Provide clear and concise written and verbal handovers to colleagues.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and identify enhancements in job plans and spare parts availability.
* Support major equipment overhauls and manage vendor activity on site.
* Contribute to training material development, cross-train colleagues, and support wider operational tasks.
* Collaborate in cross-functional teams applying Operational Excellence techniques to optimize processes.
* Maintain audit readiness at all times by adhering to housekeeping standards and completing training within required timelines.
Qualifications & Experience:
* A minimum Level 6 qualification in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Mechanical discipline.
* 24 years of experience in a maintenance or relevant engineering role within a regulated manufacturing environment.
* Previous experience in a biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, medical device, or GMP facility is essential.
* A strong commitment to safety, quality, and reliability in all tasks.
* Excellent attention to detail with a flexible, adaptable approach to change.
* The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work to scheduled timelines.
