Job PurposeThe Clinical Program Manager is responsible for set-up, implementation and coordination of TriviumVet projects. The CPM will work with a multidisciplinary team to generate project charters, weekly project review meetings and status reports. The CPM will build excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time as specified. The CPM will implement and manage early risk identification processes to facilitate timely resolution, minimising impact to project budget and timelines.Responsibilites and DutiesLead, develop, and monitor timelines, milestones and project metrics.Manage the projects from an operational perspective from the development and initiation phases through implementation and completion within scope defined by TriviumVet.Coordinate with cross discipline team members to ensure all parties are on track with project requirements, resources, and milestones.Work with Finance to track progress, cost and quality, timelines across the business.Conduct post project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements and highlight delays/risks in advance.Develop, design and prepare status reports by gathering, analysing, and summarizing relevant information and KPIs.Deal with all the projects in a timely basis proactively. Guide senior leadership on processes, timelines, and corrective measures.Build and maintains solid partnerships with assigned internal stakeholders to better develop, coordinate, direct, and facilitate internal projects and communications.Use Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools within your daily work as well as applicability to product enhancements/expanded capabilities.Ensure critical business processes have characteristics that can be defined, measured, analysed, improved, and controlled.QualificationsBatchelor's degree or master's degree in a relevant disciplineProject management certificationExperienceExperience leading complex projects across internal and external groups.Experience in statistical modelling, biostatistics or similar data analysis techniques.Experience in lean/six sigma/continuous improvement tools and technique - providing tools and systems to support product throughout the life cycleOther information skills, competencies, teamwork and colloborationAbility to communicate clearly across all delivery modes.Excellent computerised systems knowledge.Process driven.Excellent interpersonal skills.Strategic thinker & planner aligning projects with long-term business goals.
