Your insights and expertise will contribute directly to our mission of providing reliable data centre services.What You'll Do:Supervise Daily Operations: Manage and oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the data centre supplier, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).Optimise O&M Plans: Review and enhance the operation and maintenance plans for power systems, HVAC and BMS.Energy Analysis: analyse energy usage data to propose recommendations for improving overall efficiency.Preventive Maintenance: Coordinate and promote equipment inspections and preventive maintenance with suppliers.Fault Management: Monitor fault reports and ensure effective resolution processes are in place.Infrastructure Development: Participate in planning and upgrading data centre infrastructure to meet future demands.SOP Improvement: Review and suggest improvements to the supplier's operation and maintenance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Emergency Supervision: Ensure stable operation of the data centre and oversee emergency response actions.Team Leadership: Manage the internal O&M team, assign tasks and evaluate performance to foster growth and development.Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with other departments to align data centre operations with business needs.What We're Looking For:A Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or HVAC Engineering.At least 1 year of hands-on experience in data centre O&M.In-depth knowledge of power systems and HVAC operating principles, with familiarity in AutoCAD.Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., electrical engineer, HVAC engineer) are a plus.Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations.Excellent supplier management and team leadership skills.Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Stellar communication, negotiation and project management skills.Ability to thrive under pressure and act swiftly in emergencies.Willingness to accept on-call work requests.Why Join Us?At our organisation, we value innovation, teamwork and excellence.
