The Role:
We're hiring a DevOps Engineer to strengthen our cloud infrastructure and delivery pipelines.
You'll be part of the team that ensures Efimis runs reliably and efficiently across regions — managing automation, monitoring, and deployment pipelines that support a distributed SaaS platform at scale
What You'll Do
* Design, maintain, and improve GitLab CI/CD pipelines for build, test, and deployment.
* Manage and optimize deployments to Azure AKS clusters using Helm and container best practices.
* Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for system health and reliability.
* Work closely with backend engineers to streamline code delivery and production operations.
* Champion infrastructure-as-code and automation-first principles (Terraform/Bicep).
* Contribute to security, scalability, and cost optimisation across environments.
* Participate in incident response and root cause analysis to continuously improve system resilience
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience with Azure, Kubernetes (AKS), and CI/CD automation (GitLab preferred).
* Strong knowledge of containers, Helm, andinfrastructure-as-code tools.
* Understanding of networking, monitoring, and observability in production systems.
* Comfort collaborating with developers on deployment and runtime issues.
* Experience supporting multi-tenant or distributed SaaS systems a plus.
* Bonus: familiarity with event-driven architectures or Akka.NET ecosystems
