About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Technician to join our team in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified professional to develop their skills and advance their career with a reputable contractor.
The ideal candidate will have over 4 years' experience in financial administration, preferably in a similar role within the engineering or construction industry. They will possess excellent Microsoft Office skills and be able to maintain high levels of integrity and trust.
Key Responsibilities
* Processing accounts payable invoices on a daily basis
* Creditor reconciliations
* Monthly creditor payments
* Bank and petty cash reconciliations
* VAT returns and RCT returns
* Working with journals, purchases ledgers, and spreadsheets
* Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts
* Office administration duties
* Monthly AP close
* Dealing with subcontractor RCT
Requirements
* Qualified or part-qualified Accounts Technician
* 3 years' experience in a similar role
* Excellent MS Office skills
* Maintain high level of integrity and trust
