Role: Duty Manager
Lead our dream team at Premier Inn in Gloucester to ensure every aspect of our famous hotel experience is welcoming, safe, and brilliant.
If you have experience in retail or other jobs where you have successfully led people, then this role is perfect as your next step in management.
Immediate start – with all leadership experience relevant.

What You’ll Do
Join our team at Dublin City Centre (Gloucester Street South) Premier Inn as a Duty Manager, where your proven leadership skills will be put to use managing a reliable, high-performing team that ensures the smooth running of our hotel. If you’ve led a team in a retail environment, you’ll use your experience, excellent communication, and organisational skills to manage everything from health & safety standards to creating an exceptional guest experience.
