Business Growth Manager
We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering sales growth and expanding our customer base.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales and solution selling, with experience in managing complex relationships with executive-level clients. You will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop a sales funnel in assigned segments, nurturing opportunities to successful delivery of profitable orders.
* Work with target segments to identify, understand, and define their requirements, proposing and specifying solutions that bring innovation and improvement to their operations.
* Source and secure new opportunities for growth in target segments, developing new business relationships through entrepreneurial activities and networking.
* Identify, influence, and convince key stakeholders in the decision-making process within target segments, ensuring a successful outcome.
* Grow Edge application sales, demonstrating a significant increase in funnel/sales for prefab solutions, racks & PDU's, software (EcoStruxure), and UPS.
* Collaborate with key channel and Elite partners to ensure opportunities are developed through the correct channels.
* Accurately highlight and forecast your funnel using CRM tools to bring greater efficiency between sales, techno-commercial, and project delivery.
Requirements:
* University Graduate or equivalent certification in Computer Science, Engineering, and/or similar field.
* Preferable 2 years plus experience in sales & solution selling.
* Effective and demonstrable sales success at executive level; strong relationship management skills; proven ability to follow sales processes and work to demanding timescales.

* Proven track record of developing customer relationships to grow profitable sales.

* Strong understanding of Edge application and Racks / PDU sales.
