Job Description: We are currently recruiting for two Talent Acquisition Specialist contract roles with a leading national infrastructure organisation.
These roles sit within a busy, high-performing recruitment team and will support hiring across a range of business units.
There are opportunities across both experienced hire recruitment and early careers (graduate / intern) hiring .
Key Details: €300–€400 per day (depending on role and experience) 12-month contracts Dublin (hybrid working) Immediate start The Roles: You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality hires.
Depending on your experience, you may focus on: Experienced hires across technical and corporate functions Early careers recruitment, including graduate programmes, internships and campus engagement Key Responsibilities: Manage full lifecycle recruitment from intake to offer Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn and direct outreach Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements Screen, interview and manage candidate pipelines Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the process Provide regular updates and reporting to stakeholders Support wider talent acquisition projects and initiatives What We're Looking For: 3–5+ years' experience in a recruitment / talent acquisition role Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes Strong stakeholder management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment For Early Careers role: Experience hiring graduates, interns or apprentices is advantageous Why Apply: Strong daily rates High-impact roles within a large organisation Opportunity to work across diverse hiring programmes Hybrid working model If you are interested, apply now or get in touch to discuss which role best fits your experience.
