Job Summary:
As an Accommodation Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests and ensuring the cleanliness of all rooms and areas in a timely manner.
Follow Forbes Five Star standards and The Red Carnation Hotels standards. Provide quality service and anticipate guests' needs to deliver outstanding guest care and personal attention.
* Provide housekeeping services according to Forbes 5 Star Standards and Red Carnation Hotels standards.
* Ensure full service to vacated bedrooms and replenish stayover bedrooms.
* Anticipate and meet guests' needs with exceptional guest care and personal attention.
* A friendly and outgoing personality is essential for this role.
* Be fully flexible and willing to work 5 days over a 7-day period, including some weekends and holidays.
* Strong communication skills are required to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
* Attention to detail is crucial in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service.
* Legally eligible to work in Ireland.
