Role Overview
We are seeking a commercially focused and Transformation Lead to drive strategic initiatives across logistics, 3PL, and supply chain operations. This role is ideal for a visionary leader who can influence stakeholders, integrate processes globally, and deliver innovative solutions that align with business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Influence & Stakeholder Engagement
Build consensus among internal and external partners on strategies, priorities, and solutions.
Establish and maintain transparent, professional relationships with 3PL providers and logistics partners.
Serve as a trusted advisor to functional leaders across business units.
Transformation Leadership
Lead multi-functional re-engineering initiatives across regional and global supply chain operations.
Drive process integration and harmonization across logistics and supply chain functions.
Provide clear and consistent updates to stakeholders across platforms and organizational levels.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Stay informed on current and emerging IT capabilities relevant to supply chain and logistics.
Approach business challenges with creativity and innovative thinking.
Conduct post-mortems on critical programs to identify lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
Execution & Delivery
Analyze new business requirements, define scope, develop execution strategies, and oversee implementation.
Establish success metrics and ensure alignment with commercial and operational goals.
Maintain a high level of enthusiasm and energy to inspire cross-functional teams.
Key Qualifications
Deep expertise in logistics, 3PL, and supply chain transformation.
Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Excellent business acumen and understanding of the broader commercial context.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with IT systems and digital tools used in supply chain operations.
