* Maintaining full food-safety compliance by enforcing HACCP standards and best-practice hygiene protocols.
* Supporting HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance development, and roster management.
The role requires strong leadership skills to drive continuous improvement across menus,
service delivery,

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years' experience within catering or contract food services,
