One related to general IT Support and the second to Database managementIT SupportProvide first point of IT Support contact for all Forvis Mazars staff across the network.Troubleshoot technical issues to resolution and/or escalate to senior staff.Assist with the management of service desk tickets, planning and prioritising systematically to minimise backlog and ensure operational efficiency.Provide technical assistance to project teams.Develop an understanding of Forvis Mazars operational systems and infrastructure.Database AnalystAnalysing, writing and executing SQL queriesFamiliarising with Practice Engine database schema to be able to provide support for the issues related to PEManaging task and activities on Practice EngineManaging other databases as neededGeneralDemonstrate commitment to and promotion of a culture of service excellence and continual improvement within the IT department.Ideal CandidateMust have medium SQL knowledgeBasic Windows knowledgeHelp Desk experience would be advantageousMust be customer service orientatedDon't wait.
