Service Advisor
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

About the Role:
* You will be responsible for meeting and greeting all service customers, scheduling vehicle service bookings, and determining workshop availability.
* You will maintain up-to-date progress on each customer vehicle, advising and agreeing with customers on additional work or costs.
* You will hand over serviced vehicles at the agreed day/time, explaining the work completed and processing payment.
* You will liaise with other teams in the business, management, reception, sales, warranty, and parts.

Requirements:
* At least 1 year's experience in a similar role within the Motor industry.
* Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills (fluent written and spoken English).
* A working knowledge of Kerridge/Keyloop preferable - training can be provided.
* Experience in providing excellent service to front-line customers.
* Ability to prioritise, multi-task, and manage time effectively particularly at peak times.
