We are currently seeking to recruit a professional and customer service focused Bar Manager for the Greville Arms Hotel a family run hotel renowned for good food and service.
Duties include:
The bar manager is responsible for all aspects of service, quality, personal standards, training of staff and Health & Safety
The bar manager must display excellent customer service skills and ensure that these standards are always implemented and maintained by all staff.
Be proficient in mixing cocktails and other speciality drinks. Being aware of new trends and customer expectations.
Responsible for preparing staff rotas for Bar and responsible for ensuring agreed rotas are adhered to and overseeing ordering and stock levels.
Responsible for all sales and cash with the report sheets filled out each day at the finish of business when on duty.
Requirements:
Should have at least 3 years’ experience in Senior Bar Management.
Must be able to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
Must be fluent in the English Language both written and spoken.
