Strategic Human Capital Leader
We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Human Capital Leader to join our organization. In this key role, you will have the opportunity to shape and execute on our People Strategy, focusing on high-volume recruitment, staff retention, and employee engagement.
* Collaborate with Senior Leadership professionals to showcase leadership and provide oversight on the design and execution of our People Strategy.
* Create and deliver company strategies and programmes that align with our culture, enhancing employee experience and driving high levels of employee retention.
* Devise and manage talent acquisition strategies to attract, grow, and retain top talent to support our growth and transformational business vision.
* Lead on identifying areas to enhance systems and culture, delivering practical and innovative solutions utilizing technology and data-driven methods.
* Act as the HR representative to the Board of Directors regarding employee queries and issues.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Head of HR or Chief People Officer.
* Experienced in leading cultural transformation within businesses.
* Skilled in developing large-scale talent and engagement strategies.
* Strong understanding of Employment Legislation.
* Obtained HR degree or CIPD Qualification.
