Leisure Club Supervisor
to join our fantastic team. Conveniently located just a short stroll from Maynooth town centre and only a 25-minute drive from Dublin City Centre, the Glenroyal Hotel is easily accessible via national rail and bus services.
Role Overview:
As a
Leisure Club Supervisor
, you will assist in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of your department ensuring standards and member/guest satisfaction is maintained at all times thus ensuring revenue is optimised.
You must be available to work 3 days during the week and at weekends. Shifts are full shifts so won't suit someone looking for evening and weekend work only.
Main Responsibilities:
* Opening & closing gym according to schedule
* Ensuring the facility is clean, safe & ready for members
* Actively supervise and support the Leisure Club Team
* Ensure all relevant facilities and equipment are safe for use and clean
* Have a pro-active approach to customer service
* Ensure all administration and reporting tasks are completed as required
* Be a point of contact in the Leisure Club for safety and emergency response
* Help to organise the gym classes and events
Skills & Experience Requirements:
* Gym Instructor qualification (essential)
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Previous supervisory experience in a similar environment
* Lifeguard and First Aid qualifications (advantageous)
* Flexibility to work across weekdays and weekends
