Director, Sales – Small Business
In this role you will build, lead, and scale a talented team of sales managers and sales professionals, while aligning the team with our culture and values.
Responsibilities
Lead a remarkable sales team focused on solving customer challenges to provide significant value to small businesses within EMEA.
Directly manage and develop first-line managers, enabling them to coach and grow Account Executives on their teams.
Attract and develop top talent through best-in-class recruiting, onboarding, and training methodologies.
Achieve and exceed sales targets by acquiring new customers and expanding existing relationships within the first year.
Refine the acquisition playbook for lead generation, pipeline management, closing, and forecasting to drive best-in-class conversion against demand.
Build on our co-selling approach with partners to optimally deliver customer value.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales operations, customer success, product, and partners across EMEA, Americas, and JAPAC.
Help design and roll out our Go-to-Market strategy by combining your experience with data-led decision-making.
Qualifications
Experience leading sales teams in a fast-paced SaaS or technology-based environment.
Proven leadership, team management, and coaching skills with first- and second-line management experience.
Track record of hiring, developing, and mentoring successful teams.
Deep understanding of customer values, needs, and goals to design customer-centric processes.
Experience selling to the B2B SMB segment.
Experience with consumption model (highly regarded).
Ability to continually surprise and delight customers through innovative product offerings and consultative sales methodologies.
Experience creating an inclusive team environment that fosters trust and empowerment.
Professional fluency in English.
Additional Information
Job requires regular presence at the Dublin office, with flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in Ireland.
