Key Responsibilities Deliver safe and effective Pilates classes (group and/or individual) Design tailored class plans appropriate to participant ability and goals Adapt exercises to meet client needs, including those attending for rehabilitation or general fitness Provide guidance, correction, and encouragement to clients throughout sessions Maintain a professional, welcoming, and supportive environment in the studio Liaise with physiotherapists and staff to ensure integrated care when appropriate Commit to ongoing learning and professional development Candidate Requirements Minimum availability of 10 hours per week Ability to design and deliver classes suitable for mixed abilities Strong communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills Professional, enthusiastic, and approachable manner Experience teaching in a clinical or rehabilitation-focused setting Knowledge of anatomy, injury prevention, or rehabilitation principles What We Offer Competitive hourly rate (€25/hour+) with incremental structure as experience is gained Flexible working hours (outside traditional 95 available) Ongoing mentorship and professional development, including support for Reformer training Opportunity to work in a supportive, integrated physiotherapy and wellness team Modern studio environment and access to high-quality equipment
