You will work with students of all ages and abilities, delivering high-quality one-on-one piano lessons both in-person and online. You'll also have the opportunity to take part in public performances, festivals, and professional development within a collegial and purpose-driven team.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide weekly individual piano lessons (30–60 minutes)Guide students in repertoire for exams, recitals, and competitionsLead occasional studio classes and group learning sessionsRecruit and build a vibrant private studio within the AcademyPrepare students for:Internal concerts and recitalsNational and international competitionsGrade and diploma exams (ABRSM, RIAM, and others)Participate in PAI's events and festivals as performer, mentor, or workshop presenterContribute ideas and expertise through faculty meetings and Academy initiativesQualifications & Ideal ProfileBachelor or Master's degree (or equivalent) in Piano Performance or PedagogyAt least three years of teaching experience across a range of levelsProven record as a performer and teacherExperience with structured exam syllabi (e.g., ABRSM, RIAM)Strong communication skills and fluency in EnglishTech-savvy and comfortable teaching both in-person and onlineA spirit of creativity, reliability, and commitment to artistic growthWhy Join PAI?You'll become part of an academy with two decades of excellence behind it—and an exciting future ahead.
