Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years with an advanced degree.
* Fluent communication in English and Hebrew to support client relationships in the region.
* Ability to travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques including questioning, objection handling, storytelling, and promotion.
* Experience managing digital advertising campaigns focusing on performance and brand marketing.
* Knowledge of online marketing strategies and tactics.
* Ability to own a portfolio in advertising or media sales and consistently overachieve quotas.
* Strong storytelling skills for client engagement.

* Proactively pitch and consult with clients on digital marketing budgets and strategies.
* Support customer growth through excellent sales experiences and meeting marketing objectives.
* Build credibility with executives and serve as a trusted advertising partner.
