We're looking for a
Service & Operations Supervisor
to take charge of daily service delivery, warehouse operations, equipment maintenance, and a multi-skilled team in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you'll:
* Lead, motivate, and develop staff across service, warehouse, QC, scheduling & repairs
* Oversee daily scheduling, resource planning, and route/load optimisation
* Ensure high standards in equipment cleaning, maintenance, and warehouse control
* Drive continuous improvement through performance analysis and process enhancement
* Manage customer queries, service calls, and issue resolution
* Maintain compliance, documentation, SOPs, and safety standards
* Coordinate subcontractors and manage spare-parts inventory
* Support recruitment, training, and team development
What we're looking for:
* 3+ years' supervisory experience in a service or warehouse environment
* Strong IT skills (MS Office essential; SAP a plus)
* Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure and lead a team effectively
* Full clean driving licence
* Flexibility for shift work, occasional travel & out-of-hours duties
