Are you looking to make an impact, we need a hard-working, Sous to join our small but busy team at La Papa. You'll support the Head Chef with prep, service, and keeping things clean, consistent and running smoothly.

What you'll do
*Assist with daily prep (veg, sauces, basic mise en place).
*Work hot or cold station during service (depending on experience).
*Follow kitchen systems and spec consistently.
*Keep your section clean and stocked.
*Support smooth service and good communication.
What we're looking for
* Previous kitchen experience at least 3-5 years.
*Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.
*Reliable, on-time and team-focused.
*Willing to clean, prep, and learn – no ego.
Hours and Pay
*Starting at €17 per hour progressing, dependant on performance and ability to €20 an hour.
Kitchen Experience.
*Minimum 3 years of real kitchen experience
*Familiar with batch prep (e.g sauces, garnishes, veg, mise en plate).
*Has worked Service in a small team (e.g 2-4 Chefs)
*Comfortable working solo during quiter periods.
Skills and Self-Management.
*HACCP, stock rotation, prep lists
*Cleaning and hygiene standards to a high level.
*Can follow prep guidelines and instructions.
* Has experience in high-volume or fast-paced environment.
