We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join a specialist mental health service supporting adults with severe and enduring mental illness and complex needs.
In this role, you will work closely with residents to help them improve independence, build meaningful daily routines and achieve the highest possible quality of life.
Working as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team, you will manage your own Occupational Therapy caseload while contributing to a therapeutic and recovery-focused environment.
Your work will include assessment, treatment planning, and delivering evidence-based interventions tailored to the needs of each resident.
You will collaborate with families, carers, and colleagues across disciplines to support person-centred care while maintaining clear and comprehensive clinical records.
