As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and support to individuals in need. Your primary goal will be to empower Service Users to achieve their personal outcomes and develop their skills.
Job Objectives
1. To provide holistic care and support to Service Users on a daily basis.
2. To collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
3. To maintain professional working relationships with team members and Service Users.
This will involve:
* Developing and implementing individualised care plans.
* Providing emotional support and companionship to Service Users.
* Assisting with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
* Supporting Service Users with their education, skills development, and personal outcomes.
Shift work is required over 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
Skills Requirement
* No formal qualification is required for Assistant Support Worker roles (all necessary training provided).
* Social Care Workers require a Level 7/8 degree in Social Care/Healthcare or a related discipline.
* Relevant life experience is desirable but not essential.
* A good attitude to work and passion for supporting people are essential.
