As an Experienced Software Engineer in the Employee Platform Technology team, you will design and deliver trusted, market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. You will work with us in an agile environment, developing innovative solutions that empower our customers and clients. Job responsibilities
* Execute software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting
* Create secure and high-quality production code and maintain algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systems
* Produce or contribute to architecture and design artifacts for applications while ensuring design constraints are met by software code development
* Gather, analyze, synthesize, and develop visualizations and reporting from large, diverse data sets to continuously improve software applications
* Contribute to software engineering communities of practice and events that explore new and emerging technologies

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3 years applied experience
* Applied front-end software development experience
* Experience in responsive web design across multiple surfaces
* Advanced skills in front-end technologies including CSS3, HTML5, and modern JavaScript frameworks such as React
* Experience in CMS (AEM) and personalization implementation
* Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with one or more modern programming languages and database querying languages
* Overall knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle
* Understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, application resiliency, and security
* Practical cloud native experience with AWS

* Familiarity with modern front-end technologies

* Experience working with databases
