Customer Support Advisor
Location: Dublin (hybrid working, full-time onsite during training, later it will be a hybrid)
Start Date: September 15th
Contract Duration: 6 months
Salary: €29,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (09:00 - 18:00)

Role requirements:
1. Excellent team player with energy and commitment to achieving the goals of the Fraud Customer Centre
2. Customer service experience with a strong customer focus
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
4. A flexible, energetic, and innovative approach to work; ability to adapt to changing environments
5. Self-motivated with the ability to meet targets
6. Excellent problem-solving and resolution skills with attention to detail, with an emphasis on getting it right the first time
Desirable qualifications, skills & experience:
1. Experience in a phone-based role
2. Strong IT skills, e.g., Microsoft Office products
