Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Hotel Operations Director to oversee the successful management of our large, full-service hotel operation. This senior leadership role involves driving revenue growth through effective pricing and cost control while leading a multi-departmental team across accommodation, food & beverage, leisure, and events.


Key Responsibilities:



1. Drive revenue growth through strategic pricing and demand management initiatives;

2. Lead a high-performing management team with strong focus on customer service delivery;

3. Maintain high standards in all operational areas including rooms division, F&B outlets as well as conference and banqueting facilities;
