Salary: €36,605 per annum
Hours: 39 hours per week
Employment Type: Full‑Time, Permanent
Chimac Limited T/A Chimac is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join its kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, cook and present high‑quality dishes in accordance with company recipes and specifications.
Manage and oversee a designated section of the kitchen during food preparation and service.
Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation and portion control.
Assist in menu development and recipe implementation.
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering, stock rotation and inventory management.
Supervise and support junior kitchen staff where required.
Ensure compliance with HACCP procedures, food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
Maintain a clean, organised and efficient working environment.
Coordinate workflow within the kitchen to ensure efficient service delivery.
Work closely with the Head Chef to maintain operational standards and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience in a professional kitchen environment.
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
Good understanding of HACCP and food safety standards.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
