Key Responsibilities:
* First point of contact for Retention calls - renegotiating customer contracts
* Focusing on minimising pre-churn via phone, SMS, email contact, and using various systems
* Updating historical customer accounts around retention/cancellation issues
* Maintaining daily/weekly and monthly retention KPIs and achieving targets
* Ad hoc phone-based customer service and sales activities as required
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:
* Considerable attention to detail desired
* Excellent communication skills
* Proven ability to work in a self-directed and organised manner
* Experience in a similar role and using CRM systems is an advantage
What We Offer:
* Progression to a Retention Advisor within 5 months and a Senior Retention Agent within 12 months with our Training, Mentor Program, and guidance from supervisors
* €27,000 basic salary with a €5,000 bonus structure
* The first month's bonus is guaranteed
* Based full-time in our Sandyford Office - Dublin 18
