To assist persons with a disability with residential, training and day service activities to achieve their highest level of functioning and maintain independence.The Team Lead is part of the on‑floor duty team and will also be responsible for coordination of the shift whilst on duty and for the supervision of other staff under his/her direction.They will report directly to the Person In‑Charge.In the absence of the Person In‑Charge the Team Lead may be required to deputise for the Person In‑Charge and assume appropriate management responsibilities.
