HR Team Leader
We are recruiting for HR Team leader who will be responsible for leading a team towards building efficient, structured, and reliable HR process design, system implementation, reporting, and oversight of workplace issues.

Weekly work hours- 40 hrs
Strategic HR Operations & Process Transformation
* Design and implement structured HR operating models, ensuring consistency across employee lifecycle processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and exit management.
* Conduct in-depth analysis of HR workflows to identify inefficiencies, risks, and optimisation opportunities, and deliver measurable improvements in service delivery efficiency
* Establish standard operating frameworks, documentation standards, and performance metrics to ensure sustainable and auditable HR operations
HRIS Systems & Process Automation
* Lead the development and implementation of the new HR Information System (HRIS) working in close partnership with the IT team
* Define what the HR system must deliver to support operations, reporting, and legal compliance
* Lead HRIS rollout planning, data migration, testing, training, and change management activities
* Monitor post-implementation performance, identify system gaps, and drive continuous optimisation to improve automation, data integrity, and reporting capability
* Ensure HR systems support workforce analytics, regulatory compliance, and strategic decision-making
Team Management
* Lead and manage a multidisciplinary HR team, assessing capability, defining roles and responsibilities, and delegating work aligned to expertise and organisational priorities
* Build team capability through structured development, mentoring, and implementation of best-practice HR methodologies
* Provide senior-level HR leadership and act as the escalation point for complex operational and people-related matters
Employee Relations
* Act as first point of contact for escalated complex employee relations cases, including escalated grievances, disciplinary processes, and employment law matters
* Provide guidance inputs to senior management on Irish employment legislation, case law, and risk mitigation strategies
* Partner with legal team where required to navigate ER cases
Organisational Development & Change Management
* Support organisational change initiatives by ensuring HR processes, systems, and structures enable effective transformation and workforce stability
* Use HR data, insights, and trend analysis to inform organisational development initiatives and workforce planning
* Embed a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and operational excellence within the HR function
Reporting & Compliance
* Ensure full compliance with employment legislation, data protection requirements, and internal governance standards
* Produce clear and reliable HR reports for senior management to support informed decision-making and workforce planning
* Use HR data and feedback to continuously improve processes and ways of working
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Level 9 NFQ qualification in Human Resource Management or related field
* Strong knowledge of Irish and EU-employment Laws
* Ability to design workflows and introduce systems that improve efficiency
* Ability to manage sensitive workplace issues, escalations, and compliance-related matters with discretion and sound judgement
* Strong analytical skills with advance proficiency in MS Excel including VBA skills, inter level Power-BI, Tableu and Python for Data Management and reporting
* Excellent leadership skills, including assessing capability, setting priorities, and delegating work
* Confident decision-making and problem-solving approach
* High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity for handling sensitive matters
* Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
* Adaptable, organised, and comfortable leading change
