Full-Time Personal Trainer – Strength & Conditioning Coach for new personal training club opening in Septmber

The Role
40 hours/week, including ***** hours of group coaching
Remaining time spent on:
Member support & goal check-ins
Team development & mentoring
Session planning & leadership contributions
What You'll Be Doing
Coach high-energy small group strength & conditioning sessions
Ensure all sessions align with our proven, scalable training model
Welcome and onboard new members, ensuring a supportive start
Collaborate with our close-knit coaching team to raise standards
Contribute to internal events, courses, and community engagement
What You'll Need
Strong group coaching presence and technical attention to detail
Level 3 PT (or equivalent) certification – required
Previous experience in an SGPT facility (as a coach or client) – preferred
Ability to work Saturdays and be based near Cork City

€33,250 – €45,000 salary, depending on experience
