Work within a global Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) Consulting Advisory team at Delta Capita (The CLM Experts™) supporting various client engagements such as: assessing a client current state and fit with competitors (Health check); performing a full Target Model review for a client across multiple dimensions including governance, team structure, policies, data and technology landscape with recommendations for a roadmap to transform into the future as this aligns to AML/KYC needs within the Financial Crime domain; assisting clients with technology selection in the CLM space; supporting delivery and implementation of in‑house or vendor tooling – typically process workflow/rules but may include client outreach technology and more, including requirements, testing, migration or other project‑related activity.
Responsibilities
Working initially as an individual contributor with senior (partner) oversight delivering for a client (Dublin, IE based) owning the day‑to‑day client delivery and relationship
Supporting delivery to ensure projects are appropriately resourced and executed
Supporting workshops with cross‑functional stakeholders to elicit requirements and understand business issues
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, and uncovering areas for improvement
Escalating risks and issues and ensuring appropriate mitigation and resolution
Documenting and analysing requirements, documenting user stories and use cases, and developing solutions
Effectively documenting and communicating insights and recommendations in meetings and presentations to cross‑functional team members and management
Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users – sometimes between technology providers and the client, building and maintaining strong relationships with key client stakeholders and accounts
Providing support throughout implementation to ensure adoption of solutions and resolution of any issues
Managing small projects including developing plans and monitoring performance
Working closely with clients, technicians, and management
Contributing to internal initiatives and driving advisory expertise, staying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernise systems, leading on knowledge sharing sessions, client events, thought leadership articles, whitepapers, presentations, and industry conferences
Being an active member of the CLM Advisory and wider DC community
Skills and Experience
Experience of working in Business transformation within Financial Services
A natural analytical way of thinking and ability to explain difficult concepts to non‑technical users (conceptual thinking), including a natural ability to challenge the status quo
The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
Excellent business analysis skills (requirements elicitation and process documentation)
Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence up and down the project/Client structure
The ability to learn quickly and bring innovative ways of working
The ability to figure out what to do when you don’t know what to do
Strong presentation and facilitation skills
Knowledge or experience of CLM technology, Client Onboarding in Financial Services and Client Due Diligence
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
Over 2 years’ experience working in business transformation within financial services
Desirable
An excellent understanding of Fenergo and FenX, and experience of working on Fenergo SaaS implementation projects
Ability to plan and then execute tasks against the planEvidence of working in complex environments
Having personally made valuable contributions to products, solutions and teams and able to articulate the value it brought to your employer and/or clients

Expectations regarding hybrid working
As we are a Service Provider and Consulting firm servicing clients, our policy for physically working from the office – whether in the client’s offices or our own – aligns with our clients’ policies and expectations, which vary. Most of our clients now require a minimum of 3 days per week in the office and 2 days from home, and it is the minimum expectation that Delta Capita requires. However, some clients now require 4–5 days in the office, so we require candidates to be flexible to meet our client demands.
