The ideal candidate will have a background in plumbing, heating, renewable energy, hardware, and building materials, as well as a proven track record of leading and managing teams.
Key requirements include:
* 3-5 years' experience in a similar role or as an Assistant Store Manager
* Strong knowledge and experience in plumbing, heating, and renewable energy
* Hardware and building materials retail background considered advantageous
* Proven leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekdays and weekends
* Experience with stock control, rotation, and taking
* Customer-focused approach to provide outstanding customer service
* Computer literacy and ability to use and manage CRM systems
