Main purpose of the role:
Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction is the top priority. Interact with each customer with pride, passion, and care, inspiring shoppers through knowledge and expertise.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
* Ability to engage with and prioritize customer needs
* Strong attention to detail, organized, and flexible
* Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
* Previous customer service experience is an advantage
Main duties:
* Actively embody SuperValu brand values, i.e., Genuine, Passion for Food, Vibrant, Committed, Innovative, and Imaginative
* Maintain a positive attitude and ensure customers receive an excellent shopping experience
* Handle customer queries efficiently, professionally, and in accordance with store policy
* Merchandise shelves and ensure all store areas are presented to the highest standard
* Engage with new initiatives and adapt to new ways of working
About the locality: 15 to 20 hours per week, including weekends and evenings. Start and finish times are approximate.
