Key Responsibilities
* Manage probate cases, including estate administration and succession planning.
* Handle conveyancing transactions from initial instruction through to completion.
* Draft and review legal documents with precision and compliance.
* Liaise with clients, financial institutions, and third parties to ensure smooth processes.
* Maintain accurate records and adhere to regulatory requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* A Qualified Solicitor with at least 1-2 years post-qualified experience
* Experience in probate and conveyancing
* Strong analytical and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines effectively.
* Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
