Cafe Supervisor/Barista – Bella Napoli Kilmuckridge and Ballycanew
We are a small Café based in Kilmuckridge, Co.
Wexford with a second outlet in Ballycanew Co.
Wexford.

As a Supervisor, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service, leading the team day-to-day, and helping us enhance the Bella Napoli experience for all our customers.
The following gives a brief outline of the service we provide:
· Opening from 8.30am until 5pm every day serving a range of speciality coffees, toasties, sausage rolls, porridge/yoghurt bowls, ACAI bowls and several types of pastries – some home baked and some sourced from local bakers
· We operate a breakfast, cooked by Chef to order, from early until 2pm each day with daily specials available
· The Pizza kitchen opens from 4pm from Thurs through to Sunday inclusive at this time of the year
The ideal candidate will have the following:
· Experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality sector.
· At least 2 years Barista experience (within the past 5 years) and a passion for all things coffee related, with a good knowledge of grinding, weighing, steaming and latte art
· Excellent proven customer service, Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, organise and motivate a diverse team
· Adaptable, solutions-focused, and able to perform well in a fast-paced environment
· Be confident and competent to deal with any issues that may arise.
· Experience of social media is an advantage
· Bring a creative perspective to seasonal drinks menu development
· Sales-driven mindset with the ability to help develop in-store performance
Duties include, but are not limited to:
· Opening and Closing the Café during business hours
· Train, support, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding service and achieve personal, team and company goals.
· Collaborate with your team and senior management to break down business goals into actionable deliverables achieved daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
· Foster a positive team culture built on respect, teamwork, and accountability.
· Enhance customer experience by building genuine relationships and fostering brand loyalty.
· Supervision for the day-to-day running of the Café and all that it entails
· Ensuring the Café is fully stocked at all times
· Taking in deliveries, checking same and ensuring they are suitably stored
· The provision of excellent customer service by all staff at all times
