You will manage established client portfolios while also playing a leading advisory role for new investors across multiple industries.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare tax analyses and provide advisory services across a range of key areas, including:Corporate group structuringBusiness reorganisations and demergersEmployee and executive share schemesTransactional tax advice related to mergers, acquisitions, and disposalsProperty investment and structuringFamily investment companiesInheritance tax planningTake ownership of and manage client engagements from start to finishProvide strategic advice to entrepreneurs and owner-managed businessesCollaborate with tax specialists across other EMEA offices to deliver integrated solutionsParticipate in organising internal tax training and client-facing eventsRepresent the firm at external networking events and client meetingsKeep clients informed of relevant tax law changes and implicationsKey RequirementsA qualified tax professional (CTA, ACA, ACCA) with several years of post-qualification experienceProven ability to build strong client relationships and identify business development opportunitiesExcellent technical and practical knowledge of corporate and personal tax mattersProficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointHighly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects under pressureStrong communication and interpersonal skills; a proactive team player
