R&D Associate Manager, Product Engineering
Leads a team to support the successful implementation of new global regulations.
* Communicate with suppliers and resolve issues to optimize design for manufacturability and efficiency.
* Ensure designs are cost efficient, manufacturable, and reliable.
* Lead efforts to identify product requirements, generate production drawings, and develop full product design documentation.
Maintains high team engagement and achieves packaging design performance and quality objectives.
Key qualifications include:
* Bachelor of Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Biomedical, Electrical, or Materials Science) with a minimum of 6 years' experience.
* Master's degree or Ph.D. in an engineering field is desirable.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, open-mindedness, and innovative thinking.
