Sales Professional
We are seeking an experienced and passionate sales professional to join our team in our retail showroom. This is a fantastic opportunity for a high-energy individual to provide exceptional customer service and deliver outstanding results.
About the Role
The key focus of this role is to provide an exceptional customer experience, ensuring that every customer receives outstanding service through superior product knowledge and sales delivery. Key responsibilities include:
* To be passionate and knowledgeable about the products sold, actively seeking to improve product knowledge when new ranges arrive.
* To deliver exceptional customer service at all times, approaching customers to advise them on the best solutions to suit their needs.
* To maintain the standards of the showroom and assist the management team with operational requirements.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, has excellent communication skills, and can build rapport with people. A strong desire to maximise earning potential is essential, as well as the ability to work on their initiative. Proven 2 years of sales experience in a similar background is preferred, although furniture experience is not essential. The ideal candidate should be well-presented and suitable for a high-end showroom environment.

Experience and Skills
