We are recruiting for the role of a Time time Food & Beverage Assistant to join our New Yorker team in the Cork International Hotel located in Cork Airport Business Park.
The main duties will include:
* Serving food & beverages to guests in the bar either table service or bar service
* Making time to engage with and chat to guests, giving advice on local attractions, facilities in the hotel.
* Helping other team members, working as part of a team for set up, service and close of service
* Work closely with the kitchen team to make sure the guest dining experience meets their expectations
* Opening the bar and restaurant for the days business and making sure it is stocked appropriately
* Cleaning of bar and coffee areas
The ideal candidate:
* Previous experience is welcomed
* Warm, positive personality with genuine interest in guest care
* Team player and also willing to use own initiative when needed
* Available to work weekdays and weekends, including late evenings
