We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to lead our design, development, and verification of complex medical devices.
* Main responsibilities:
1. To lead the design, development, and verification of complex assemblies, sub-assemblies, components, and packaging.
2. Select appropriate materials processes tooling automation equipment to meet design manufacturing needs Translate product requirements into comprehensive product specifications Conduct engineering studies proof-of-concept testing to evaluate feasibility drive process improvements enhance quality performance cost-efficiency oversee recruitment performance management coordinate daily activities teams ensure timely execution manage projects assign tasks guide cross-functional collaboration external stakeholders support suppliers subcontractors technical guidance throughout lifecycle responsible for root cause analysis corrective actions troubleshooting issues optimizing parameters apply structured methodologies communicate effectively managing remote/field positions work arrangements will be indicated job posting an Equal Opportunity Employer.
